Announcement. “La Traviata” to music by Verdi: official presentation of the new project by Radu Poklitaru and the Kyiv Modern Ballet Academic Theatre

The official presentation of the new project of the Academic Theatre «Kyiv Modern Ballet» — the ballet in two acts «La Traviata», staged by Radu Poklitaru to the music of Giuseppe Verdi.
The event will take place on Tuesday, 23 September 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at the «Kyivinform» press centre (51A Volodymyrska St.).⠀
During the presentation, the artistic concept of the project and the official teaser of the ballet will be presented for the first time, making it possible to appreciate the scale of the production.

Speakers:
• Radu Poklitaru — chief ballet master of the Academic Theatre «Kyiv Modern Ballet», Honoured Art Worker of Ukraine (libretto, choreography, staging)
• Olha Nikitina — author of the video projections
• Dmytro Kuriata — costume designer
• Viktoriia Mukha — chairwoman of the standing committee of the Kyiv City Council on culture, tourism and public communications, deputy of the Kyiv City Council
