Biography

Graduated from the Taras Shevchenko Republican Art School in Kyiv (1989) and the National Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture (workshop of monumental and temple painting by Professor N. A. Storozhenka - 1995), and also - postgraduate studies (in the same academy and workshop (1998).

Since 1988 participates in art exhibitions. Her works takes a prominent place in many private collections.
Since 1994, works as a theatre artist, the author of costumes of numerous theatrical productions.
Since 1998, creates costumes for music videos and commercials.

Masterfully owning the language of theatrical costume, creates character characters in an unexpected imaginative style, finding new solutions and using a variety of expressive artistic methods. Anna Ipatieva's costumes accurately reveal individual features and images of heroes of performances and make her a full co-author of the director and choreographer.

He created costumes for many plays at the Moscow Bolshoi Theatre, the St. Petersburg Mikhailovsky Theatre, the Imperial Russian Ballet (Russia), the National Opera of Ukraine, Macedonia, Latvia, the Tatar Opera and Ballet Theatre. M. Jalil, etc., as well as for almost all performances of the theatre "Kyiv Modern-Ballet".
