Survey on Accessibility in the Cultural Sector
The Ministry of Culture and Strategic Communications of Ukraine maintains a constant exchange of information between government and the public, and promotes a culture of barrier-free accessibility in society as a philosophy of dignity and acceptance.
As part of implementing the National Strategy for the Creation of a Barrier-Free Environment in Ukraine for the period up to 2030, the MCSC, together with the Ukrainian Centre for Cultural Research and the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation, is carrying out work to study various aspects of barrier-free accessibility in the sphere of culture.
In particular, throughout 2025 a study of the accessibility of cultural institutions and cultural and artistic events is planned, by means of a survey. The results of the survey will make it possible to assess the existing barriers and to identify priority directions for improving the accessibility of the cultural environment for all population groups
Survey No. 1 — visitors

The survey may be taken by visitors to cultural institutions and participants in cultural events and occasions taking place on the territory of Ukraine.
Survey No. 2 — creators

The survey may be taken by professionals in the cultural sphere, including UCF applicants from all years (2018–2024).
