«Kyiv Modern Ballet» invites specialists to join its team for the positions of:

• chief accountant; 
• lead computer graphics specialist (designer)

List of vacancies and requirements for applicants:

1). Chief accountant

Requirements:

• higher education;
• at least 2 years of experience in a similar position;
• knowledge of Medok, SDO, IS-pro, EISUB, and office software;
• personal qualities (attentiveness, responsibility, meticulousness, diligence).

Special knowledge and skills and main responsibilities:

• exercising full control (organization and maintenance) of accounting and tax records;
• maintaining financial and management reporting, preparing and submitting tax and statistical reporting.
• organizing and supervising the work of the accounting department; updating, improving, simplifying and automating the work of the accounting department;
• handling current matters of the Municipal Institution TPCI «Kyiv Modern Ballet»;
• compiling and submitting accounting and tax reporting in a timely manner;
• carrying out settlements with counterparties under contractual obligations (advertising, rent, utility payments, etc.);
• recording accounts receivable and accounts payable (reconciliation with counterparties);
• carrying out settlements in accordance with the budgets of grant projects (where grant projects exist);
• organizing and maintaining the enterprise’s accounting with respect to payroll, in accordance with the requirements of applicable legislation;
• participating in inventory counts;
• compiling and submitting reporting to state regulatory authorities and the bank;
• preparing internal reporting in accordance with corporate standards;
• carrying out the director’s instructions.

Personal qualities required for this position: multitasking, punctuality, attention to detail, the ability to work to tight deadlines, both in a team and independently.

2). Lead computer graphics specialist (designer)

Expectations of candidates:

• has experience working in such programs as: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Corel Draw;
• at least 2 years of experience in a similar position. A portfolio with case studies of work;
• has experience creating layouts for social media, websites, and booklets;
• has knowledge of color theory and is able to work in different styles; 
• knowledge of contemporary design tendencies and trends;
• takes a creative approach to performing a variety of tasks;
• is able to work to set deadlines and in a multitasking mode
• creativity, attention to detail and the ability to work in a team;
• higher education in the field of design and additional professional education

Special knowledge and skills and main responsibilities:

• developing and creating graphic materials, namely layouts for posters, booklets, catalogues, and other POS products;
• developing layouts for social media and web pages;
• carries out the prepress preparation of original layouts in accordance with the technological requirements of printing production and online placement, and also, where necessary, checks the approved design for various formats (sizes).
